<p><strong>Ihre Aufgaben</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer hybriden Microsoft Client- &amp; Server-Infrastruktur in Zusammenarbeit mit den Kolleg:innen aus dem Team</li>
<li>Automatisierung von Prozessen sowie Entwicklung von Schnittstellen im Microsoft-Umfeld, insbesondere mit Powershell und Power Automate</li>
<li>Überwachung und Analyse von sicherheitsrelevanten Warnungen und Vorfällen, insbesondere in Microsoft Defender XDR (Endpoint, Identity, Apps, Communication)</li>
<li>Übernahme von Projekten im IT-Umfeld</li>
<li>Analyse und Behebung von Problemen und Störungen (2nd und 3rd Level Support)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Ihr Profil</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Abgeschlossene IT-bezogene Berufsausbildung mit gutem Abschluss und umfassende Berufs- sowie Projekterfahrung entsprechend dem Aufgabenprofil</li>
<li>Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Microsoft 365 sowie umfassende Kenntnisse hybrider Microsoft-Infrastruktur</li>
<li>Sehr gute Kenntnisse in mehreren der folgenden Technologien/Plattformen:<br />
Entra ID, Exchange Online, Sharepoint Online, Teams, Microsoft Defender XDR, Intune, Configuration Manager, Powershell-Skripting, Power Platform</li>
<li>Eigenständige, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Serviceorientierung und Teamfähigkeit</li>
<li>Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache</li>
<li>Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in neue Themengebiete</li>
</ul>
