Die Stelle bietet die Möglichkeit Erfahrungen in der Betreuung einer großen SAP-Systemlandschaft zu sammeln, die Transformation auf S/4-HANA zu begleiten und eng mit erfahrenen Kolleg:innen zusammenzuarbeiten und sich weiterzuentwickeln. Zu deinen Aufgaben in dem Team werden insbesondere zählen: Betreuung des SAP Moduls SD & weiterer logistischer SAP Anwendungen, z.B. im Bereich der logistischen Rechnungsprüfung Betreuung von SAP Add-Ons verschiedener Anbieter im SAP ERP und in SAP Fiori Unterstützung bei der Prüfung, Planung und ggf. Einführung und Betreuung von Extensions (bspw. über die BTP), neuen SAP Technologien und SAP Cloudprodukten Projektunterstützung bis Leitung kleinerer Projekte von SAP-Logistiklösungen für den gesamten UKE Konzern unter Einsatz interner und externer Ressourcen Beratung der Fachbereiche hinsichtlich der Umsetzungsmöglichkeiten und -technologien bei der Abbildung von Geschäftsprozessen im System, insbesondere während der Transformationsprojekte Konzeption und Realisierung von Lösungen in den SAP Logistikmodulen sowie von non-SAP Verfahren, dabei spielt insbesondere die Berücksichtigung IT-sicherheitsrelevanter Fragestellungen bei der Entwicklung von Lösungen eine Rolle Ein enger Kontakt zu unseren anwendenden Bereichen ist uns wichtig. Deshalb führst du auch Workshops zur Anforderungserhebung durch und schulst dort die Key-User und Endanwender:innen. Auch die Erstellung von Dokumentationen zu den o. g. Tätigkeiten ist Teil deiner Aufgabe Jeden Tag ein bisschen mehr. Jeden Tag ein bisschen besser.

Wir sind technologisch breit aufgestellt. Als Programmiersprachen kommen Python, Java und TypeScript zum Einsatz. Du entwickelst Softwarekomponenten für unsere SaaS-Produkte. Deine möglichen Aufgabenbereiche könnten sein: Infrastructure Tooling REST APIs (Backend und Frontend - API-Clients und Web) GUI-Entwicklung für wissenschaftliche Anwendungen und Datenvisualisierung Datenbankentwicklung und -tuning Zeitreihenmanagement Message queues / brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) Data pipelines Container Platform (Docker, Kubernetes) Microservices

Als Projektmanager:in begleitest du IT-Projekte zu verschiedenen Themen und schaust mit frischem Blick auf unsere Prozesse: Gemeinsam mit unserem IT-Team legst du im ersten Projektschritt die Prioritäten und Vorgehensweise fest - Quartalsplanung, Releasezyklen, Retros etc. Im weiteren Projektverlauf behältst du den Überblick: Du weißt, wo das Projekt aktuell steht und sorgst für eine lückenlose Dokumentation - für mehr Transparenz in unseren Projekten nutzen wir GitLab. In deiner Rolle als Prozessmanager:in definierst du Verbesserungspotenziale, führst optimierte Workflows ein und verfolgst die Umsetzung bzw. Einhaltung neuer Prozesswege. Vorbereitung ist dir genauso wichtig wie Nachbereitung - du triffst dich mit unseren Entwicklerteams zu regelmäßigen Updates. Im Team erarbeitest du eine IT-Strategie, die unsere IT auch langfristig auf festen Boden stellt und die dafür notwendigen Rahmenbedingungen einbezieht.

Als versiertes Vertriebstalent berätst Du Deine Kunden und managst eine langfristige und verlässliche Kundenbeziehung. Du bist eine wichtige Ansprechperson, wenn es um den Vertrieb von IT-Lösungen in den Bereichen Cloud, Datacenter, Netzwerk, Scecurity, Modern Workplace und Manged Services geht. Klar, dass du mit all deiner Erfahrung vorher definierte Kunden zielorientiert akquirierst und im partnerschaftlichen Austausch neue Potenziale mir den Kunden erschließt. Du erkennst frühzeitig, welche Themen und Trends für deine Kunden künftig von Belang sind und erstellst darauf basierend Vertiebsstrategien, die zu einer langfristigen Kundenbindung führen.

Design and contiuously improve end-to-end inventory management process for Raw Material, WIP, FGI inventory, ensuring to maximize sales and minimize excess and obsolete (E&O), in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders Ensure processes are scalable and aligned with business growth and strategic goals.
