An unserem Standort Dortmund bist du im Team ProVitako Cost Center kompetente Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden sowie die Schnittstelle zu den weiteren Fachbereichen in unserem Haus und bei unseren Herstellerpartnern. Du stehst in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Account Managern im Außendienst. Du übernimmst Verantwortung für bestehende Rahmenverträge und sorgst dafür, dass Preise, Laufzeiten, Lieferzeiten und Vertragsbestandteile transparent und aktuell sind. Du kümmerst dich um die Erstellung und die aktive Verfolgung von Angeboten sowie die zügige Abwicklung von Aufträgen. Zudem kümmerst du dich um die Pflege und Vertiefung von Kundenbeziehungen. As part of our Digital Transformation we are seeking a highly skilled senior Techno-Functional Business Analyst (TF BA) with strong expertise in process & data mapping, requirement & data analysis as well as data quality. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by understanding business needs and how they fit into the business strategy, analyzing source systems, identifying data integration needs, and supporting the design of scalable solutions and business models. The role focuses on translating business needs into clear, detailed technical requirements while ensuring solutions are scalable, feasible, and aligned with business objectives. The TF BA collaborates closely with the business, developers, architects, and QA teams throughout the solution lifecycle. This role requires a blend of business acumen, technical data expertise, and analytical problem-solving skills to ensure high-quality data solutions that support enterprise analytics and decision-making. This senior role requires strong stakeholder management skills and solid process & data skills. The role will own the domain «product & part» and therefore will work on the interface between product development lifecycle and all downstream processes and where they need part data (downstream processes such as Sales, Supply Chain, Service Assurance). Hence solid experience with modelling process and data streams for product and part processes is a must have for any candidate applying. Business & Stakeholder Engagement Consult closely with business stakeholders to understand business problems, pain points and requirements. Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications. Act as a trusted advisor by proposing solution options and trade-offs Requirements & Documentation Manage business requirements gathering and oversee creation and maintenance of all required documentation Ensure requirements are clear, complete, testable, and traceable Develop data and KPI definitions and implement these into our global data catalog Data Analysis & Data Mapping Perform data profiling, data quality assessment, and exploratory data analysis on source systems. Map source-to-target data flows and define transformation logic for data pipelines, data warehouses, and analytics platforms. Design Data models, Entity-Relationship diagrams, and document data definitions. Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and quality issues and propose remediation strategies. Technical Collaboration Work with data architects, data engineers, BI developers, and solution architects to ensure accurate implementation of data requirements. Align todays and future customer test requirements with the capabilities of our existing V93000 ATE platform solutions and future product roadmap plans, with a primary focus on Power, Analog, and Control domains Follow leading edge industry and market trends including GaN technology integration, chiplet testing, 2.5/3D advanced packaging, power distribution, and the automotive trend of autonomous driving and car electrification Identify and address emerging test requirements for cutting-edge complex devices and develop reference test solutions for Airbags, Battery Management Devices and Power Management IC Team up with R&D hardware and software and the product definition team on defining economic test solutions with excellent application fit for complex devices Prepare and execute pre-sales activities like customer presentations and benchmark projects based on industry trends Drive the roll-out of new V93000 test solutions to the world-wide customer base and provide expert application support to strategic account teams Enable and support the roll-out of new solutions and new products to our customer teams and key accounts Provide expert technical support for the V93000 ATE system and emerging applications to strategic account teams on a worldwide base

Design and contiuously improve end-to-end inventory management process for Raw Material, WIP, FGI inventory, ensuring to maximize sales and minimize excess and obsolete (E&O), in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders Ensure processes are scalable and aligned with business growth and strategic goals. Develop the process to maintain and adjust buffer inventory based on the alignment with stakeholders, taking risks and opportunities into account. Provide the tools that enables inventory management process to be implemented effectively and efficiently by collaborating with Business Process Reengineering & Digital Transformation (BPR&DX) team. Define, document, and maintain inventory management processes, policies, and procedures. Define KPIs and metrics to measure inventory performance. Analyze data and provide insights to leadership for decision-making. Ensure inventory practices comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards. Manage inventory related projects and facilitate communication and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to improve inventory management process.
